I've done it too many times to listen to that nonsense!

I joined about a month ago and I must say that I am hooked on reading the daily forum posts, listening to the BP podcasts and navigating throughout the BP website.

Just need a little encouragement and advice from those of you who were once in my shoes; the family and friends are all supportive, but I need to show them and more importantly myself, that this is something I can do.

Did you get a chance to listen to the webinar on investing in duplexes, triples,  etc this week?

For ideas you could listen to ethnic comedians who poke fun at their own culture and think up a couple jokes you can work into conversation.
