In real estate and in the case of the ProPublica HomeVestors investigation, people were screwed out of their homes and largest asset.  

We've had a little bit of experience with minor fixes and repairs and decided this new property will be our largest project to date.

Columbus, Ohio is considered a favorable market for university housing investments as it is home to several reputable universities, including The Ohio State University, one of the largest universities in the country. 

Jennifer^ is definitely right about Arlington being one of the ideal areas, I'd also recommend Fort Worth as they had the largest population growth in the US in 2022 (per the Census Bureau).

Florida is a large state, and every market has its different features, laws, etc. 

Goal is not to achieve the biggest net worth over someone else or grow the largest company.
