Hi All,I would like to know if it is necessary or recommended to get a Builders risk insurance as the Developer/Flipper on a Flix and Flip even if my contractor has general liability insurance and workers comp insurance?

Then a whole life insurance plan that is $20k cash between my wife and I.

But that facility would be held not in the clouds but in a secured facility and insured in case of a data breach. 

Same rent, same insurance, same taxes...

With the mortgage insurance added to the debt service, I do wonder how the math works.

Patrick, I am by no means an expert but my first thought would be to confirm with county property appraiser what the PIN (parcel identification numbers) is described as and if it can be changed or separatedAlso, the tittle company who will provide insurance may be able to weigh in too.Bank or credit union may help with valuation question.

Plumbing and electrical changes have been made where needed as well as boiler and water heater updates to accommodate the extra tenants.

I would focus attention on what the actual rent would be.I think your taxes and insurance are way low.
