I have my 4th corvette (1962 built 2 weeks before I was born) in my garage at home and a custom 68 chevy van (from the old vanin days)  at my shop .

Another 8 unit I bought had 1 lady who has been there since before I was born, I could make the numbers work without getting her rent to market so that's what I did.

Business wise, is that fair or the best  As to age, puppies chew and they aren't born housebroken.

I think I'd like to have my kids born in Canada for universal health care reasons, and then make the move south.
