We cater to all experience levels with multiple educational opportunities each week and provide access to regular off-market deals.

However, I am curious to get input from those who have experience in investing.

Speak to them about their experiences and satisfaction with the firm.Look for testimonials or case studies that demonstrate successful investments and positive investor experiences.Evaluate Transparency and Communication:Assess how transparent the firm is about their operations, fees, and processes.Ensure they provide clear and regular communication about your investments, including updates on loan performance and any issues that arise.Analyze Risk Management Practices:Understand how the firm manages risk.

A pretty spreadsheet doesn't matter because none of us know how accurate your numbers are, your level of experience, how many times you have seen it in person, and what other property anomalies exist.

In my experience, Gurus are able to help some do well but not all. 

@Ariel Gonzalez, I can say that, from my perspective, General Partners experience is something that many groups were able to get around but many LPs are learning what experience is versus EXPERIENCE.  

I would greatly appreciate any advice, experiences, or resources you could share to help me plan effectively.Thanks in advance for your help!
