Weighing if that's the right next move.My wife Rachel has an IT background so we are constantly churning out ideas for a more technology focused venture.I've been more active in marketing accilliary services, such as tree trimming using my bucket truck as an outlet to take my mind out of the RE grind while evaluating other opportunitiesInvolving my wife in everything in a weird way is about diversifying, because we can parallel process and perhaps go as much as 2x faster when we judge it another good time to start buying. 

All three matched the same price, but J&J offered to remove another tree that would be trouble in the future, and grind down a few existing stumps in my front yard.

Obviously this is a selfish request but I'd love to attend more webinars and can imagine that other newbies like me are still grinding at their day job while trying to learn more during any available free time.

I have looked at quite a few 50-200 unit properties recently and I would love to jump to that but the returns don't match what I can get grinding the smaller properties.

SFH's are such a grind and so many people do it.

If it is partially occupied you'll have a narrower window of acceptable time to make construction noise.  

Also, anyone that old, growing up in Cuba for that many years, becomes a well train, unmatched, handyman with creativity and frugality pouring out of his ears.Over the years, the more I looked for ways to break free of the daily grind that can be a normal ordinary American life, the more I found every job to be lacking something.

I have a tenant who decided to take it upon himself to make a plumbing repair on a tub faucet as he felt it was making a noise, when he turned the hot water on.

I put a tenant in, a young couple who is ALWAYS late on the rent but keeps the place immaculately clean and doesn't cause any trouble or noise.
