Weighing if that's the right next move.My wife Rachel has an IT background so we are constantly churning out ideas for a more technology focused venture.I've been more active in marketing accilliary services, such as tree trimming using my bucket truck as an outlet to take my mind out of the RE grind while evaluating other opportunitiesInvolving my wife in everything in a weird way is about diversifying, because we can parallel process and perhaps go as much as 2x faster when we judge it another good time to start buying.

All three matched the same price, but J&J offered to remove another tree that would be trouble in the future, and grind down a few existing stumps in my front yard.

I have a tenant who decided to take it upon himself to make a plumbing repair on a tub faucet as he felt it was making a noise, when he turned the hot water on.
