With a minor background in remodeling and a degree in a construction related field I thought I could do it myself.  

The Licensing Board for the City of Boston requires a lodging house license if lodgings are rented to four or more persons not within the second degree of kindred to the person conducting the lodging.

I also went to college, not that it is mandatory, and I got a business degree with real estate emphasis.

At this point I have managed to increase my capital but also thinking of going back to school for my Bachelors Degree so I am stuck between fully investing all my capital in RE or school or if it would be possible to do both. 

As a carpenter with an engineering degree, I looked into other options and found a way to keep it alive and turn it into a very nice home.

I have a bachelor degree in Business Administration and my emphasis while in school was real estate.  

Just do what is average or better for that neighberhood.I went to college to, not that it is mandatory, and I got a business degree that emphasized real estate.  

Even though I graduated from college with a business degree that emphasized real estates, I felt more comfortable with the construction business.  

I really beleive in small apartment communities as a good investment right now.I also went to college, not that I is mandatory, and I got a business degree that emphasized real estate.
