Okay, since April 25th 2019 an Arthur (presuming) that goes by the name of David Green, have published a book on a strategy by the name BRRRR' AKA, Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, and Repeat  'because I am an explorer of most things and will try it' at least once, I would like to know real reviews on the strategy what do you think 😉

Andrew,You may want to explore a commercial policy (package or BOP) that will insure the whole property and have separate building limits for each building. 

Have you explored improving your credit and trying to save up some money to use as a down payment?

I figured if I see and hear the worst and that doesn't scare me away (or I recognize maybe how the opportunities for those situations could be mitigated with more time/effort up front), then I was willing to explore this more.

Just do your due diligence, explore which ones have the ability to timely remit payment each  month and go with your gut.   

Buy- Are there enough properties available at a discount in the neighborhood you're exploring.
