Good afternoon all, I just wanted to write a quick post to talk with any investors in FL, specifically the gulf  coast.

@Jake Healy You got some solid responses on your posting so far but just figured I'd add mine to the mix.

I'd like to solicit reviews from people who are/have been passive investors with them, especially post-Covid.

Right now I have all expenses (utilities, material, labor, interest loan payments, insurance) posting to the WIP account. 

It was one length of split rail long with posts on each side and diagonal supporting posts.
