All the lessons learned I shared here is just a tip of the iceberg...I think if I were to get my next deal I'd feel so much more prepared now.

Have them work with a lender who you trust, and nine times out of ten the lender will be able to inform your client with some tips to raise their credit score.

I want to hear your guys recommendations or helpful tips on what materials to pick.
