That extra 1.5k a month could really vanish extremely quickly if you have an issue with a rental property or a tenant.

Take the extra 700/month (1650 rent for Unit 1-950 basement rent=700) and pay off the 2nd.

I also just downloaded a bunch of podcasts so I can listen to them while doing my day job.I've read The Ultimate Beginner's guide and I'm going to look it over again for a little extra help (since you mentioned it) & see what I can pull from that as well.

@Jonathan West At this point I would imagine they are asking for the inspection report to try and get details surrounding the reasons you gave for backing out.
