They will give me three bedroom homes when the property is a two bedroom, or use comps from a vastly superior part of town to justify a higher value.

The method we used for eliminating them is unlikely to be acceptable in town. 

I also wanted a city with more than one draw, like a town that's got both a military base and a college or it's known for it's tech and is also the county seat or state capital. 

(I’ve only gotten one unqualified applicant after a month of using this leasing agent which they are pushing me to take - so getting a bit concerned - but I am out of town so would be hard to show myself).

Hey @Jack Gibbons, I would recommend talking to Susan Wilklow with Wilklow and Associates for a good CPA here in town.

It's located in a small booming town on one of the main streets.

They are certainly not the only ones in town that will do this, but they get most of the business from AZREIA because they are present at the meetings and holding their hands up when people ask "how do I get leads?"
