Unless you've tapped into the lucrative insurance or corporate rentals, you're mostly competing for travel medical professionals and digital nomads.

However the IUL will have much more volatility and some years you can have a 0% gain while other years you can have double digits gains.

More real estate would likely always win that argument over stocks and many other investments with its double digit returns.  

Statistics have shown that in the past several years the shift has moved dramatically from foreign investor-based buyers to local and domestic based buyers as currency markets have shifted and the pandemic has also slowed down foreign buyer activity especially from areas such as Europe that have more restrictions of American travel.

You should be looking for a Qualified Intermediary that is licensed, regulated and audited by a government agency or regulatory body such as the Federal Reserve, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, State Division of Banking, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, etc. 

You will be amazed on how much more you will accomplish and accelerate any of your life’s goal when you line up your actions according to the importance or rank of these 5 currencies.
