Too many variables to hazard a guess on cost but I would definitely reach out to more than one electrical contractor to get some quotes. 

But ultimately if you buy a 7% mortgage, you’ll almost definitely want to be refinancing it when the rates get back into the fours and fives.

Sorry to hear about this and it's definitely important to watch out for Ponzi schemes.At the same time: many syndications require an investor to sign an NDA to protect their confidential techniques, sources, customer lists etc. from competitors who could damage them otherwise.

I’ll definitely research for more PMs but last time I did there were only two within range.

It also seams that there are endless paths and strategies to go down and uncover along the way.
