Many people are great running the numbers and getting an idea of possible outcomes, but you have to be able to trust the information provided and that is one of the critical points.  

You learn how to pick up on slight, yet critical pieces of information, and turn it to your advantage.

My knowledge is limited in that process, but I’m looking for anyone who can offer advice or constructive criticism at this time.  

I agree, I think the $600 stimulus payment is critical to keeping things on track; I am a landlord and to this point everything is running smoothly, but I understand that cash poor consumers have a cascading effect on the economy.

Therefore, a critical location selection metric is that rents and prices are rising faster than inflation.

However, you must contact them to get them to do it.The design of your website is more critical than having your websites sumbitted to search engines.

We all know that STR is typically much higher than annual lease amounts, so using the short term rents is critical to making these deals work. 

Anyway, my point is that you really need to take steps to look outside of the commercial that you will be shown and think critically about why some units succeed and others do not.There are some cool builder franchise networks out there if you are interested in being (or already are) a home builder.
