The podcasts are great as well, plus there's a number of books both by BiggerPockets and outside sources which can really help to guide you toward accomplishing your goal.

George, I just ran across this article that appeared in my newsletter The Paper Source Journal.  

Now I will have multiple sources of income and can help other investors list their properties- and that's probably a few properties a year.
