Unless, they get plugged, vent stacks rarely create any problems.  

I have some questions about structuring a seller financing offer.1) Can you offer the seller a certain monthly payment that makes the property work with the rent it will command, or is it typically something you just plug into a mortgage calculator and the payment is based on the down payment, term, and the total loan amount?

You need to have in an aggressive agent to get access to these and Avery is plugged in.The market is here and there can be units found in that price range.

It means that all flooring, furniture, base cabinets, 4ft of drywall, most trim work, all floor and wall insulation, alot of the electrical (wall plugs are only 14in above the floor), none solid core doors, etc will need to removed and replaced.  

All of my friends had zero issues with doing it and it covered my butt.

Maybe my numbers are wrong, but I don't want to plug in unrealistic numbers either.  

Update- I found the property's parcel # (11-0-0008-0179), and plugged that into the property's online records on the Wayne County Tax Assessor's site.
