Hello bigger pocketsI just bought a duplex in Detroit Michigan and I would like to tile floor.

There is a book here on Bigger pockets that can help you determine the price of your repairs.

Also, even if a lender on Bigger Pockets can do those things the lenders are not allowed to say it....since that would be considered advertising to the rules of Bigger Pockets...I think they are allowed to private message you though. 

I imagine it wouldn't be easy not even for local tax advisor to explain this because tax officers or in worst case financial police could quickly come to my door asking me why did i announce the income ( * ) and pay taxes from low amount if incoming bank wire transfer transaction on my bank account shows much much much bigger amount (total selling amount and not the difference amount).

Soon after, I came across Bigger Pockets and read Rich Dad Poor Dad, which sky rocketed by interest in real estate, after realizing it wasn't as daunting as I thought it was.My goals are to close at least 2 deals this year.

I love the bigger pockets community.

I've been a Bigger Pockets member for about 6 months or so now and I can't get enough of it.

Maintenance is a huge expense to keep in mind, Vacancy in case one of your tenants moves out and stops paying, and of course Capital Expenditures to plan for bigger projects in the future such as roofs and siding.
