In general kitchens and bathrooms make the most pop for the dollar.

They have moved out the furniture but are unable to move out remaining personal items (kitchen, bathroom, random small pieces).

Have you ever renovate a large condo unit into 2 or more smaller single bedroom bathroom unit?

Looking to do a quick job and change floors in a multi, thought about pulling up old linoleum in bathroom and kitchen and wanted to put tiles down but looking for something relatively easy and cost effective.  

Our advice was to add another shower in the master bathroom to push up the property value a little bit more than the ARV.

One of the bathrooms could use an overhaul too.

I've been trying to figure out what type I can use for the bathroom and kitchen that will last.
