Basic long-term you almost have to go commercial OR be REALLY good at finding off markets.

Nothing special about the construction aspect, just the zoning and regulatory part of them....Start calling Licensed builders, maybe find a younger , newer guy and give him a chance on an easier project.....

And, yes, we did get the demand letters, which basically said 'Pay up or we will see you at the courthouse.'

After doing this, I then run the property through Airdna.co and/or Mashvisor.com  Both of these tools will give you projections of what type of rental rates, price per night, bookings, occupancy, seasonal variations, etc. 

I would highly recommend not to find a one size fits all for your combined Project Management and CRM needs.
