Has anyone used REI Call Center for their wholesaling business?

The housing market went crazy the house appreciated a ton and the rental market increased tremendously allowing us to cash flow a lot more after all expenses are paid.

Is there some other way to have your rental mortgages paid through a business?

Charles,Welcome to the BP forum I am in Florida as well and its a great time to jump into the REI business. 

There are 100's of real estate podcasts out there and honestly I have found many that are better than BP as they have people who have been in real estate and business for a very long time and could run circles around some of the hosts. 

Quick background -- own a small business(10 years) in MN that has $0 debt. 

What did you do with the utilities—did the city allow you to split them?

They have very deep pockets, and if you you are looking for them to fund your business and don't mind working for free, they can keep you going until you burn out.

I think people have a fundamental misunderstanding of the goals of the lawsuit & even of doj, the goal was stop what imo was clear collision & basically make real estate more like any other business, there is no public list that shows the average amount a lawyer or doctor makes, people go see what services they are offering, see if they like a person and make a decision on value, some lawyers or plumbers make more than others, I have a a plumber for instance I’m probably “overpaying” because I like the guy and he shows up and does good work.
