Like any government intervention on supply/demand, unforeseen repercussions will occur. 

Not to mention the extra liability that your insurance probably wouldn't cover without significantly more $$$, but the thought of someone who potentially doesn't know what they are doing tearing up your stuff or getting into an accident is what would drive me nuts.  

I would always build into your budget some wiggle room for unseen problems that could occur to be safe until you have a few underneath your belt.Hope this helped!
