Quick question what is the best lead generation software for the tri-state area (Connecticut New York and New Jersey ).

Not necessarily those who have made real estate their full time gig but rather do you own a car dealership, cleaning company, software company etc.I currently work a W-2 job but have also run my own marketing agency for nearly 7 years.

I’m using RealEstateABC.com to find comparables , and I know I can’t cross major roads to get my estimate for the property but how exactly do I distinguish major roads on the softwares map?

Do you think doing a flip for someone like me who has a full time job (albeit in software engineering -- rest and vest ;) is too aggressive?

My question is regarding the billing product/software utilized for changing rent.

Buildium listing software is really nice.

Gary Sowell:  It really isn't a good thing for anyone to try and enter in an entire years worth of data into any software program that one has just purchased and have it all come out 100% correct within a few days in order for it to be ready for January 1st.
