Great to meet another NC investor, lets unpack this a bit.1) This answer may bleed over into other questions, but you should be financing this property.

I did a search though by adding a "-" to pre-licensing, (Search for "pre-licensing nc" I found a few past conversations on BP.

In NC it appears to be 30+ years... so the original agreement from 54 years earlier (at the time of acquisition) would likely not have been located in a 30 year search.
