I'm not as keyed in on Conesus Lake, but more Seneca, Cayuga, Skaneateles where you have a draw of the towns/vineyards that can draw a diverse group of version sizes from families (or multiple families) to couples.

The workbook they send in the mail is about half full of more like therapy sessions and learning your why, what kind of traumas are stopping you from being the most successful version of yourself, typical guru space filling fluff.
