I am in the South Florida area and looking to househack within an hour of Miami Gardens (I work there).

Contractor must have experience with the town Willingboro, willing to let me pay them electronically [credit card pay pal ect ect}, write out a material list that I will pay for from home depot,  can start work immediate and finish in a timely manner for amount of work that is left.

I have been browsing the Home Depot and Lowe's Hardware sites and there are quite a few options.

Yuba City seems to have embraced more growth, particularly with sales tax producing box box stores such as Lowes and Home Depot vs.

@Crystal Davidson I did the same thing with a run down 23 unit Garden Motel.

I suggest Youtube and making some friends at the Home Depot. 

The 360 hand sprayer would work, but if you can fork out an extra couple hundred dollars you can get an Airless sprayer from Home Depot. 

I heard there are kits at Depot.

The places we were looking at are near/in Depot town.

We like to create a community, provide garden space, promote sustainable living.
