I wouldn't count on appreciation, I'd say Temple rentals are nearly peaked price-wise unless they add on to the campus and don't add dorms/housing.

I just assume if you're going to do a lot of evictions you would be wise to keep as much of your personal information away from the situation but I do understand that most of this information would be in the public records.

Word to the wise: don't move in and accept property as is if it's unacceptable to you and don't accept key until after repairs are done.Landlord can instruct a tenant where to park on a property and can limit vehicle types or ban boats.
