I would start with the rich dad poor dad series which gets you in the right mindset and has different authors as you go along that are masters in their fields. 

Once I became financially stable, I would share with him the things I was learning from books like “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” and I would tell him my aspirations for owning a business one day.
