She has a PM company and agent business in Jacksonville and has been managing many units for several years in Jax.

However, one of them said they won't move in for 5 months but will sign the lease now, even though they're still renting another place during that time. 

It has stayed occupied with tenants since i purchased, i love how it is completely hands off as well and i don't have to do any management and still get great returns.

The plan was to do as much as I can myself but with as big of a task as it is, I don’t see myself being able to do everything in a timely manner.
