My savings are limited but I would like to purchase a multi family unit to rent out.I have no plans to stop teaching to pursue this full time and wanted to know what resources or areas of this app people may recommend for someone in this situation (looking to invest part time)?

They are buyers who do not want agents and they tend to have a superiority complex  where they feel they can do it better, cheaper, faster.To them I say have at it and let experience teach you with your time and your money.

If you do not have people around you who can teach you those skills then you need to find a trustworthy team to surround yourself with.
