Wholesaling, just like buy and hold, flipping, or note buying is a specific real estate strategy and there are many ways to execute a wholesale transaction, including assignments.

My conversation starter here is regarding what you implement to distract from the noise that makes you focus on executing on things that don't matter (i.e. irrelevant and seemingly important tasks that consume your day.)Excited to meet everyone and share info on the STR and vacation rental world and how to make everyone's financial goals a reality! 

We want to definitely invest in real estate... however, I still feel too inexperienced to execute on a deal so I will be putting in some deep work hours and join in on webinars/attend conferences/ hopefully find a mentor before pulling the trigger. 

It is not like the lease agreement that persists after the sale of the property.With that said, many times the PM would love to retain the property in question under their management, and would be happy to execute a new management agreement with the new owner.

If you look at it from a business perspective and if my company charges 10% of the mgt fee and your property rents for $600 we make $60 per month with more involvement needed from my staff.

Sometimes we limit ourselves and possibilities but remember that in this business it's about asking the "how can I get make it work" and then executing the plan.
