be careful, its not all what it seems to be, I signed up for 28 000 package and was three days late to cancel and they refuse to refund the money, I had to go true my credit card and get a refund. it was very stressful, as at first I was going to come back and do it at the later date, but now I will never do this again, major rip off.  

However, I have discovered that rehabbing as a professional activity pretty stressful.

I'm evaluating all funding options in partnering with the Non-Profit Mandarin Museum & Historical Society" (501c3) , including crowd funding.  

They stressed the importance of being covered, in case of a frivolous lawsuit.

The owner did get permission to start rehab from the historical society and has completed some of the rehab already.
