It is fairly common but not all lenders do it, it will be harder if there are multiple owners of the LLC especially if they are not immediate family.For future reference when tagging someone type the @ symbol then the first few letters of their name, then select it from the drop down, this way they will get notified when you mention them.

Negotiate a lower price if inspections warrant that, do a walk through the day of signing, and if everything is still okay--no squatters etc-- go sign the papers, pay the money, get the keys, change the locks and move in...I would guess I might have missed a step or two...

Even if they move out before the eviction date, I'd highly consider still having the eviction happen so that the sheriff (or whoever shows up) still signs off on the official paperwork.Then consider the time it'll take you to get the place rent-ready again.You might need to inform your applicants that the unit will possibly not be ready in time.
