Hi Everyone,I'm a new Pro member and I want to start investing in Real Estate.My dream for many years is having some rental properties, so we don't have to depend that much from my job.

I agree with @Matthew PaulOne of my rentals is a 3 story house with 4 baths, it's 2 blocks away from my "Official" job. 

This is a very interesting topic, I'm dealing with it more and more at my day job...You'll be surprised some hackers would rather target a small business or individual rather than big companies.

He just got a new job and is moving to town.

They think I should get a job at a reputable company to start my career.

Most are trying to get me to refi,  and they make like 13k off it and I still dont get enough money to do the job.  

I want to start a little side business from my job and i don't have the money right now to invest in it yet.
