Hello BP Community,Can anyone offer me a sound and professional property management group in the northern NJ area who have vast experience in multi-family services that comes highly recommended?

I assume the resources guide is for someone who maybe knows about the process overall but likely doesnt have any on hand experience.

Would prefer to hear from someone who just used a lender and had a good experience.

Curious what your experience was/how you structured it.

@Samuel Coronado My experience with building lot purchases is they’re usually only worth what you pay for them once.

You need to speak with another lender who has experience with rental income.

The realtor that helped me does not have experience in tenant placement.

I wasn’t thrilled with the appraisal company, and felt that they also significantly down played the value of the income on my commercial property.

Does anyone have any experience with contacting the homeowners to strike a deal?

Even though I have no experience other than renting out and managing my first primary home, my interest in real estate pushes me to educate myself upon this topic.With a very high barrier to entry where I live in Northern Virginia, especially for first-time investors just starting out with small budgets, that is why I have been focusing on out-of-state investing in real estate and also have been reading a lot about the BRRRR strategy.
