@Mat FisherMost programs are very expensive which is why it’s easier to pay a servicer $25-$35/month th manage that process and they will also do all the tax forms and handle escrow

I am not too kin to pay it all before the renovation work has been completed and have negotiated to keep 15% to be paid when renovation work has been completed, so that the seller has an incentive to complete the work adequately.

@Chris DoucetteIf it sounds to good to be true....It's possible they are just quoting you their P&I payment, when you are thinking they are quoting you principle, interest, taxes, and insurance.

(Another option to the above scenario is to instead have the LLC lend my father money to complete the rehab so all the repairs are made in his name...but then the LLC would get no tax deductions on the rehab, plus my father would wind up paying interest on the loan and the LLC would incur taxable income on the interest of the loan as well.)I've said a lot here, but It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can give me advice on the best strategy to pursue...Thanks!
