@Dan Sheeks Thank you sir I read over your article and I currently have a w-2 job but I’m planning on becomejng a real estate agent within the next few months ,I also have a 5 year car loan that I’m kinda stuck with for my parents but it’ll be payed off within 2 years cause I’m focusing on haveing all my debt payed completely which I’m on track to by the age of 20.i live at home and I’ve discussed with my family and plan to keep it like that till I get a few units under my name so I can maximize the Amount of money I have to invest.
