Good morning BP,I was reading this article Felipe Mejia posted about BRRRR for beginners, and it said this about the seasoning period. 

Yesterday, I got "good news, we removed our extra 2nd home / rental property hits, because we're so generous and nice!" 

I came across this article that I found fascinating.

I thought it was funny :)I will read more from that article and see what they have to say about communicating with legislators.

Apart from scanning the news and paying attention to where  players like Amazon will open their next shipping hub, or Apple will re-route its domestic manufacturing plants (assuming they have any?)
