Are you wanting to extract equity back out of your newly purchased property?

Hey Donny,As a "newly" licensed agent here in Texas, and been working with investors in Texas for over 3 years, you tone concerns me a bit.  

Didn’t think you were launching a nationwide operation.

The unit is newly renovated in a 4 family with newly finished old pine floors.

I would be very thankful if you could turn me in the the right direction with BLOC lenders that could help  fund my newly formed LLC.

The one rule:  My newly licensed helper ABSOLUTELY cannot have a buddy with him as then he would be considered by my insurance co. to be an uncovered employee of the licensed worker and therefore it would be VERY bad for me if his buddy/employee got hurt. 

I've always gotten my newly purchased property taxes reduced to the purchase price shown on the settlement statement I send the county.

Lots of variables, but it only works if you can launch the boat yourself, or if you have someone very trustworthy and knowledgeable who can do it.
