And still keeping some sort of full-time employment rather than going all-in rental mode would mean that we still get employer-funded health insurance, possibly 401k matches, some income stability, and having a W2 that shows a solid 9-to-5 makes the mortgage companies happier so that we can keep growing.It's weird because most people dream of hitting the lottery, and living a millionaire high-roller life but this idea of mine strangely feels like a hidden gem of a true American Dream.I just had to bring this into this discussion forum because (God love them) I think I've truly outgrown the mom-and-pop advice from the people I know who have never strayed from average nor have they ever tried.Any thoughts or advice?

The tenants have already been approved and placed.What you will be able to check is that the amount listed in the property advertisement matches the lease and that the amount in the lease matches what they pay in the ledger.
