Simple post the deal in the local forums and indicate you are looking for a HM lender, 

Without knowing more about the location though, if this cabin has direct water views and is able to sleep at least 6 people, a fully renovated version of your cabin could probably pull in at least $600/night in the summer without much effort. 

A good investor friendly lender & agent will certainly help + groups like this and local REIA groups with opportunities to meet in person or on social media and network about off market opportunities too!

I use a smallish local bank (about 30 branches) and have a great relationship with the VP in charge of residential loans and the VP in charge of commercial loans.

Plus its a non stop location for tourism Summer Camping, White Water Rafting, Rock climbing, 4 Wheeler/ATV, Hunting, Fishing.Winter - Ski, Snowboard, Tube, Ice Fishing, Hunting, Winter Breaks away from the Heat etc.

Even if another lender won't require it...I would highly recommend to have someone that is local to help with this. 

I locate in Bay Area and also consider OOS investing.
