The earlier you inquire, the greater likelihood of finding your desired week!

After inquiring on Biggerpockets I was referred to a turnkey flipper in the Northwest Indiana (NWI) area.

As a tax planner we are already getting inquires to look at worst case scenarios, mainly if these large tax changes happen.

To Eugene and Joe: by agreeing to meet with everyone who calls before inquiring as to asking price and area wouldn't I be making quite a lot of trips only to find out these potential sellers were time wasters asking too much for their property?

experience reveals how the settlement officer handles the double closing. yet if you need specifics on how your title company handles it then you should inquire for more details from them. there can be hiccups and hangups in any type of residential/commercial strategy to closure.
