I've never really had an emergency that would have devastated me financially or put me in a very bad position.I think that I will take your advice and that of @Jeff Rabinowitz and make sure that I have a nice cash fund to supplement my credit lines!

Just by using a more generic ad, we are able to direct them to a landing page where they can fill out their name, number, email, etc., and it produces staggering results.

And that's not a generic neighborhood issue.

Hobby landlords do not concern themselves with profit and usually supplement their tenants rent.

The houses came up in the same conversation as the retired lady was musing where to get a part time job to supplement her retirement.

I need the rental income to help supplement my income.

Unfortunately the Term Turnkey is very generic.  

Another red flag was their place of work, the generic website had two pictures, no info, and just a "contact for pricing"...
