Ask your agent to fix a lockbox on the front of your door, so that you can then give the key code out to potential renters after closing.  

Amy@Matthew NeisserThe long term rates offered by Lima One and Lending One are a little higher than some of the other 30 year fixed loans that are offered by other lenders. 

But this is a fixed-return type of strategy and if you are looking for upside you are unlikely to find it here.
