We still get quite a large number of bookings on our own site, CabinsNearGatlinburg.com, and the percentage of direct bookings is getting larger again, after declining for the last several years.We rank fairly high on several key words, so we are getting a fair amount of organic traffic.

In other words, if you buy a property thru one of these companies and later go to sell it after you fixed it .... many other local title companies won't be able to insure it for you.

They'll likely want you to use the money you're making on the sale of the lot to partially pay down the remaining mortgage since it will be for a smaller remaining amount of property which makes sense to me from their point of view.
