The MLS for Chattanooga seems pretty dry, definitely not like the Atlanta market.

Not so cut and dry with Maryland's section 8 program, I see.Can you give me an idea of what rent a 2 or 3 bedroom on Rockport Lane would be? 

In OR, usually first year you get a walk-around looking for hazards like rotted stairs, FedPac breakers, etc.That's usually it except for random look-sees.
