After participating in a few investments’ classes, the running theme seemed to establish an LLC either in Nevada, Delaware, or Wyoming for their asset protection and tax benefits.My questions are:(1) Is it best to establish an LLC in Nevada, giving most of my property investments will be conducted in GA, TX, and AR?

At one point I used Flipkey (Trip Advisor) which was a waste of effort, and Booking who's technology makes VRBO look like the creme de la creme.  

My investment area is Wilmington, Delaware and I live in southern New Jersey about 100 miles from Patterson.

Would it be ok to buy a MH together with the land even if MH is not de-titled?

If you have to invest in real estate (and at this point I would advise anyone not to) buy a house in a cul-de-sac in a subdivision in a good area with good people.

I'm going to try and go solar, make the rental super energy efficient and see if I can pocket the difference and try to make super green section 8 housing.
