At this point in time, to give y’all an idea of what I’m doing(I’m from Texas), I’m wholesaling, have a dialer in place qualifying leads, I follow up, I’m in the process of creating an LLC just for basic RE income(operating company), and I’ll expand into either a parent LLC or S-Corp with underlying LLC’s with land trusts that have properties in each of them, along with a lush umbrella policy.

OK, so in WI if you bid on a first mortgage, all other liens are "foreclosed out" with the exception of government liens and often you can get those removed if they are not for the property, like back child support, or income tax for example. you should buy a title policy if you are concerned, I usually dont, because I know the Sheriffs Deed is as close to Virgin Title as possible (assuming you purchased a first position) I dont think you have anything to worry about.

And while I have spent LOTS of time in Honolulu and Maui ( my parents live on Maui for years) I get island bound everything is a 5 hour or more flight so that would not do it for me either..

They function in similar ways, but the main difference is that when you file the Series LLC you are incorporating the "parent" series, from which you can privately file as many "children" series for.
