If you're doing your first mailing, your best bet is *not* to buy a list unless you are *not* in a competitive area, got cash to burn, and just wanna get started as quickly as possible.

My friends who's homes burned down have told me that the developers have already started coming in talking to them about buying burned out lots, but of course, the city hasn't even figured out how the clean up is going to be executed yet. 

Now about a 15 months later the same tenant says that the dishwasher isn't working and think the motor is burned out.My rental agreement says that the tenant is responsible for all normal usage repairs (clogged sinks, etc.). 

So, I'm currently browsing all the easy listing engines, zillow, realtor, the rest, trying to get a feel for what's available, what things are priced at etc... and simultaneously bouncing that off an interesting recent experience of my own.

Then they engineer a complete turnaround.Drug ghettos, by definition, need to be easily accessible from multiple areas of the city.

We are currently looking for a full stack  Ruby on Rails Engineer . 

I realize that getting a structural engineer or some other professional opinion about the costs involved will be valuable information and obviously, there are different degrees of problem but how do you decide that a foundation is too bad to fix?

About a week later while in Florida checking on some other property flips I had going on I got a call from the same neighbor telling me that my rear house burned down the night before.
