Clarify the bolded if you can.

According to the study, this is possibly the degree with the highest ROI in America, at $3,588,742.I'm not saying statistics lie, but they don't tell the whole truth.

We have an aging population (Florida is the oldest state, but Greater Pittsburgh is the oldest metropolitan statistical area in the USA) and and the median housing age of of Allegheny County is 66 years old.

I have this story and the National Fire Prevention Association statistics if they question this.In hindsight, I wish I used an ozone machine.

Then you can offload the responsibility to someone else.And yes you may have a full time 9-5 job, but the best time to call an owner is 6-8pm.I’m going to make a bold claim.  

Unfortunately trying to convince conservative mortgage pay down investors that they are waving a flag and wearing a sign that says in bold letters "come and get me" is a waste of effort.

As a coach, when I was deciding whether to send or hold a runner rounding third base, I was aggressive. if the defense had to make a perfect play to throw the runner out, I would make them make the perfect play, as I was a finance major and I knew statistically I had a better chance of them screwing something up and my guy scoring than I did them making the perfect play.
